Description
The Authority require a Contractor to provide ten psychologically informed units of supported accommodation with intensive housing management in accordance with this Form of Tender (document 2), the Statement of Requirements (document 3), the Bidders response (document 4) and the Terms and Conditions (document 1). These documents, inclusive of the bidder's response will form the Contract ("Contract"). The Authority intend to enter into a contract directly with the successful Bidder for a period to be agreed between the local authority and successful supplier until 31st March 2022 with the option, purely at the Authority's discretion, to extend the contract for further periods of up to 1 year. Contract extensions will only be granted on the successful service delivery in the previous 12 months. The Contract will be let under the Terms and Conditions provided as Document 1 with this invitation to Quote pack. Please ensure that you have read, understand and are willing to work to these Terms and Conditions before preparing your submission. This document sets out the conditions for participation - i.e. the minimum selection criteria for undertaking work for the Authority- and the statement of requirements relevant to the fulfilment of this particular contract.
