Digital Experience Monitoring

HMLR are looking to improve their monitoring capabilities with a specific view on the end user and their digital experience, enabling a better view on the productivity of our Casework community. HMLR are looking for a tool that will help us identify improvements in our Casework toolsets, will alert us to end user issues, and will allow us a view of our digital experience over time.
