North West (Cumbria) DLO Support Scaffolding Tender

Home Group are seeking up to three scaffolding contractors to provide a responsive service in support of our new DLO which will be established from the 24th March 2024. This opportunity is ideally suited but not restricted to SMEs with a presence or experience of operating in and around the North Lakes area and able to provide a reactive service. Owing to the reactive nature of the work we are unable to confirm volumes of work, however, historically our current service provider spends in the order of £150k per annum on reactive scaffold provision. This tender is to include works to our leasehold properties the timeline for award is influenced by the need to comply with Section 20 legislation, it is anticipated that no formal award will be made until around 19th February 2024. The contract will be for a 2 year term with the option for 2 x 12 month extensions.
