GB-Shrewsbury: DONV 019 - Delivery of a Design Code Funded by DLUHC Pathfinder Programme for Shrewsbury Big Town Plan

Tenders are invited for the provision of consultancy services to deliver a Design Code funded by DLUHC Pathfinder Programme, for 2 distinct areas of Shrewsbury Town Centre that form part of the Shrewsbury Big Town Plan, compliant with the National Model Design Code.

Acting as the SBTP Partnership, we wish to appoint a commercially led multidisciplinary team to take the principles, vision and framework already detailed within the Big Town Plan www.shrewsburybigtownplan.org and produce a design code that clearly articulates the development opportunities within these areas, providing enough flexibility to attract investment, innovative approaches and new uses whilst ensuring design quality reflects Shrewsbury's special qualities and is clearly putting people at the heart of the place.
