A contract has been awarded through the Management Consultancy 2 Framework for the Project Arena Fund. The Supplier will support in the following services - Client Transfer and onboarding - Project Management including - Required status and governance meetings, Action, risk, issue, assumptions and dependency management, Manage centrally Questions & Answers for the programme mobilisation and delivery, Change control, Delivery plan oversight, Deloitte resource weekly reporting (days used and days forecast), Ensure all other third-party providers are coordinated into overall project management and communications - Support in the business case on financial analysis and simulation - Policy Governance and application documentation - Stakeholder engagement and communication
