GB-Gateshead: Remodelling Works - New Digital Hub and Science Laboratories

Gateshead College is committed to providing high quality campuses, which are well equipped, to inspire learners and help them develop their skills, knowledge and talent. In line with this commitment, we are seeking to appoint a Principal Contractor to carry out remodelling works, to create a new Digital Hub area on the ground floor, and new science laboratories on the second floor of our Baltic Campus building. Associated works to services will also be required. The work is required to commence in June 2024, for completion by 23 August 2024. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
