PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS A MARKET ENGAGEMENT EXERCISE, NOT A FORMAL CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY. Home Group are seeking experienced Multi-Disciplinary Building Consultant Service Providers to support its delivery of various refurbishment projects, day to day maintenance and repair issues and other areas of relevant consultancy support for our customer base across our national footprint. It is the intention of Home Group to establish a Framework arrangement in 2023 following a full tender process, In order to ensure our procurement approach is focused, efficient and responds to the current market, we are inviting potential suppliers to give us insight by responding to this soft market exercise. Please note that New Build/Development consultant services has been tendered separately and therefore excluded from this requirement.
