Digital resource augmentation

Digital initiatives including but not limited to Student Engagement, Student Administration, Enterprise and Innovation (B2B), Marketing Cloud, Aula and SPAO for Regulatory Reporting. Deloitte are our incumbent partner for resource augmentation. A call-off agreement has been agreed, the execution of which will be overseen by Digital Services ensuring that where resources are used by areas of CUG outside of Digital Services the appropriate budget approvals are obtained to facilitate cross charging.
