20 115 Provision of Fresh Start emergency accommodation and support

Description

Cheshire East Council are seeking a provider who will contribute towards the strategic objective of reducing rough sleeping within Cheshire East. This project is known as Fresh Start, funded by MCHLG and will provide 6 units of self-contained emergency accommodation and support for residents with the most complex needs, those who have repeatedly failed in previous accommodation placements. Residents will receive intensive support in the short term to engage with this project and other relevant services and to be supported until they are in a position to move into Fresh Start move-on accommodation or other supported accommodation identified as being able to meet the needs of the residents.
