23-204 Housing Related Support Service specifically for single people and families that are in temporary and emergency accommodation

Description

To provide a floating support service specifically for single people and families that are in temporary and emergency accommodation in line with the specification for Lot 1 - Floating Support (non-accommodation based). The service will be known as the Homeless Resettlement Service. The budget available for the provision of this contract is £180,000 per annum. The total contract value for the initial 3-year term equates to £540,000, and a total maximum value over the full 5-year term of £900,000. This is a new contract and therefore there are no TUPE implications at the point of awarding this contract, however TUPE may apply subject to any future re-procurement activity in the future.
