The City invites Quotations for the provision of Clerk of Works Services - York Way. Clerk of Works services for the construction of 91 new homes at the York Way Estate in the London Borough of Islington alongside extensive new landscaping, new Community Centre, Estate Office and updated waterproofing to the existing podium. (Contract value £46.5M.) The Clerk of Works('s) will need to inspect the works, keep a site diary, attend construction progress meetings and issue weekly written reports to the client and Employer's Agent (EA).
