Work description
Thirteen Group is undertaking a Roofing replacement programme on the Brambles Farm Estate, Middlesbrough. Thirteen seeks to appoint a Contractor to support this programme and carry out Roofing replacements works to 9 properties on the Estate. The contract is to be undertaken on an "Install only" basis. NE Procurement Ltd ("NEP") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
