Invitation to Quote for the provision of a Corporate Funded Healthcare Cash Plan Scheme

Chorley Council is inviting quotations for the provision of a corporate funded healthcare cash plan scheme for its employees to support the Council's current health and wellbeing initiatives. The Contract will run for an initial period of 12 months with the option to extend annually to a maximum period of three years subject to funding arrangements.

The Council currently has a scheme in place which is due to expire on 31st May 2018.

The Council is looking to continue with a Healthcare Cash Plan Scheme which would provide the maximum benefit to its employees at a cost of £1 per week (or less) per employee. The scheme must provide and be able to facilitate corporate paid weekly premiums for the range of basic benefit provisions contained within a generic healthcare cash plan scheme, for all employees of Chorley Council and the scheme must be able to support and maintain a minimum range of benefits to include:

 Optical cover  Dental cover  Specialist Consultation appointment and tests  Health Screening  Therapy treatments to include such cover as physiotherapy, osteopathy and chiropractic  Chiropody  Prescriptions

The deadline for expressions of interest is 5pm on Wednesday 2nd May 2018. Completed tender documents must be submitted and received via the Chest by no later than Noon on Friday 4th May 2018.
