Asbestos Surveys

Description

The contract is designed to deliver: • Asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition, and targeted hybrid surveys to residential dwellings (tenanted and void), nondomestic areas of communal blocks, garages, offices, laundries, community centres etc. • Asbestos reinspection surveys to non-domestic areas within buildings and whole premises • Bulk sample analysis (both programmed and responsive in the event of an emergency) • All aspects of air monitoring including 4 stage clearances, background, leak, personnel, and reassurance air testing, and DCU clearances. • Management of asbestos data • 24/7 response for surveying, sampling, air monitoring and professional guidance • Support and advice when required to ensure Wolverhampton Homes remain compliant with their duties under the current legislation and guidance.
