Provision of Expert Services Support for the Property Investment Fund Phase 3 (PIF3)

Description

Barnsley Council is looking to engage the services of a provider to undertake the assessment of grant applications for an allocated Property Investment Fund scheme. The object of the scheme is to create and develop commercial property in the Borough to support the wider Council strategies. The provider will initially be required to support the promotion of the scheme to potential developers and to engage with them in order to encourage interest and fund applications. Once the assessed applications have been approved by the Council and grants have been awarded the provider will also undertake all aspects of monitoring of the site development to guarantee alignment with the original application and assessment.
