Description

Renewal of IBM Licences, Support and Maintenance Software is subscription based on a 1 + 1 contract to allow continued use with the possibility of extension after the first year, other software requires maintenance agreement to enable upgrade / patching including security updates protection. Support allows our support team to raise support calls should issues occur with the software in service The current subscription expires on 31/10/20 & there is no further extension provision within the current contract (CON_2549). We will be putting a new contract in place for a further 12 months subscriptions and will be accessing the reseller market via CCS TPAS framework in order to facilitate this.
