IMC 188 - The Periodic Inspection, Lubrication, Test and Repair of Lifts

Description

Shropshire Council has appointed a sole contractor to provide the periodic, inspection, lubrication, test and repair of lifts complying with BS5655: Lifts and service lifts, SAFed Guidelines on the supplementary tests of in-service lifts. All work complying with BS 7255:2012 Code of Practice for the Safe Working on Lifts (or EU equivalent). The contract shall run from 1st April 2016 – 31st March 2020, thereafter the contract may be extended for a further one year subject to satisfactory performance during the contract period.
