GB-Leicester: LUV00950 Plasma Etcher

The Space Research Centre at the University of Leicester has awarded a contract for one etcher system for thin film and photoresist processes, and ideally reactive ion etching processes.

The contract is partly funded by a European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) grant award.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
