Description

Sheffield Hallam University has procured Atlassian Jira Cloud, along with associated marketplace applications, via the reseller Eficode under the G Cloud 14 framework (Lot 2 - Cloud Software). Jira Cloud is a cloud based project and work management platform used by the University as a core system to plan, track, and manage work collaboratively across multiple teams and services. The contract includes Atlassian Jira Cloud Premium (academic licence) and selected Atlassian Marketplace applications, including Capacity Planner (Jira Team and Resource Management). The services are delivered as Software as a Service (SaaS) via the Atlassian Cloud platform and are licensed for up to 500 users. The provision includes standard hosting, maintenance, updates, and supplier support.
