Description

Homes England is seeking a consultancy supplier to provide strategic and delivery-aligned support to design, assure and mature the Strategic Target Operating Model (TOM) and associated implementation roadmap. The supplier will work as part of a blended team and will be expected to:\r \r •Rapidly mobilise and onboard to existing TOM artefacts, ways of working and governance.\r •Provide structured methods, facilitation and analytical capability to accelerate TOM design maturity and ensure consistency across workstreams.\r •Provide independent challenge and assurance so that outputs are implementable, evidence-based and aligned to strategic outcomes.\r •Produce reusable artefacts (templates, guidance and a design library) to support continued delivery beyond the initial term.
