Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust required a data management system for its' Sexual Health Service that must capture and facilitate data entry of patient information, demographics, book and access appointments, clinical assessments, treatments, order and access blood tests, report on KPI's and outcomes from their interventions - whether the person is engaging in a face to face intervention, telephone and or virtual intervention.
