Operator Concession for Sunderland Parklife Football Hubs

Sunderland City Council and its partners the Football Association, Durham County Football Association Limited, and The Foundation of Light have identified three sites in Sunderland which are proposed to be developed as Football Hubs, as part of the Football Association, Sport England and The Premier League's \"Parklife\" project. The Parklife Project is intended to support sustainable grassroots provision in the City of Sunderland. The model proposes investment in strategic sites with Artificial Grass Pitches, grass pitches and ancillary facilities that can support extensive training and match play, as well as coaching, education and Football Development initiatives. Sunderland City Council, procuring in partnership with the newly incorporated Sunderland Football Trust, is seeking to procure an operator to manage the Football Hub facilities. Construction of the Hubs is being procured independently of this process and is not included within this opportunity. Two Lots are being procured however Contractors should note that the concession is to be awarded to one preferred bidder only, who will be required to enter into contracts with the Council and Sunderland Football Trust in respect of both of the aforementioned Lots
