Accent Housing Limited - Heating Servicing & Repair Contract

Description

Accent Housing Ltd owns and manages properties across 5 regions which are described as Accent East, Accent North East, Accent North West, Accent South and Accent Yorkshire. Accent is looking to procure a contract on a 4x Area Lot basis for the Provision of Gas Servicing & Repair and also Servicing & Repair to a small number of non-gas heating systems (excluding electric heating). The areas are being aligned to Accent's regions, with Yorkshire and North East let as a combined area under this contract. The contract is for an initial term of 7.5 years with the option to extend for a further 5 years. Bidders may only bid for a maximum of 2 Lots, and Accent will award no more than 2 Lots to any single bidder (including a Group structure).
