CJSD End State Design & Landscape Review

Undertake a landscape review to provide a single, joined-up and accurate picture of criminal justice data, reporting and systems across departments and agencies. This will capture in-flight and planned pipeline data linkage, data alignment and data improvement initiatives, alongside areas where additional work may need to be commissioned.

Define the roadmap for transforming the way data is accessed and used across the system, the building blocks for each tranche of the programme and indicative costs for each delivery tranche. Articulate the current challenges faced by data owners and data users across the system and how that will change for each group of users as we move towards the end state vision of a more timely and transparent system.
