Void Clearance and Cleaning

Description

The Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier to clear and clean empty/void Council properties, and managed properties in neighbouring areas both internally and externally. The Supplier is expected to assist the Council's Housing and Neighbourhood Services Repairs and Maintenance department in clearing and cleaning our empty/void properties. This may include exceptionally dirty, environmental, major/medium and minor clearances and cleans to the Councils quality standard and NHF version 7 schedule of rates.
