Further competition for the Provision of a Youth Justice CMS via CCS Framework RM6259 Vertical Application Solutions (Lot 2: Education, Community Health And Social Care Solutions)

Description

Southend-on-Sea City Council (the "Council") currently has a compliant Youth Justice Case Management System (CMS). However, the current Case Management System solution provider used by Southend City Council has announced that they will be leaving the Youth Justice Board marketplace in March 2025 and all affected Youth Justice Services will need to source and install a replacement before this date. The Council's Youth Justice Service is looking at existing Youth Justice Board compliant systems, to choose a solution that will provide a fully compliant Case Management System to fulfil Southend City Council's statutory requirements for the Youth Justice Board that is compliance with Youth Justice Board standards.
