EEM Ltd managed a mini competition on behalf of our member, North West Leicestershire District Council via our Property Preservation Works DPS (DPS0004) for the provision of remedial works to the structure of Block 1 - 4 Pine Court, Woodlands Way, Moira, Swadlincote, North West Leicestershire DE12 6HF. Bersche-Rolt Ltd were successful and awarded the contract.
