Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems

Description

The intention of this work is to provide business focussed, system maintenance to Durham University's air conditioning and ventilation equipment to ensure optimum performance and reduce the probability of system failure. This work will include planned preventative and unplanned maintenance activities to Durham University's air conditioning and ventilation systems. The contract will be awarded on an initial 2 year basis with a further 2 year extension available in 12 monthly instalments. Exclusion criteria - Full adherence to the Service specification throughout the contract term is required. If this can not be achieved, it is advised not to submit a proposal as it will be deemed to be non-compliant and will not be evaluated. Exclusion criteria - the ability to demonstrate you have provided the required service to similar organisations through 2 case studies.
