Work description
The Development Contractor Framework has two Lots
Lot 1 Construction Works up to £3m in construction value Lot 2 Construction Works over £3m in construction value
The primary use of this framework is for new build housing which includes houses, flats and bungalows. This may include conversion/remodelling contracts.
This framework can be used by Beyond Housing Limited, Broadacres Housing Association and North Star Housing Group Limited only.
