GB-Braintree: Planned Maintenance Priorities 2017/18

Notice of award.

Maintenance and repair works to be carried out to a number of various sites around the Braintree area. The works include; external redecoration, repairs to chapels and cemetery buildings and walls, roof replacements and repairs, brickwork and stonework repairs, gutter clearance and repairs, gully clearance and downpipe clearance.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
