GB-Colchester: Hollytrees Museum Building Maintenance Works

Description

Colchester Borough Homes requires a suitably experienced contractor to complete various building maintenance and repair works to a former Georgian mansion house. The building is a Grade I listed four storey (including basement) solid brick structure with a plain clay tile pitched roof. Hollytrees museum is located to the South side of Colchester Castle Park, the grounds of which are a scheduled ancient monument. The Building maintenance and repair works, including: (1) Roof Repairs, (2) Stonework Repairs, (3) Timber repairs, (4)Redecoration & (5) Brickwork repairs. All plus other associated works) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Expressions of Interests must be registered by 17:00Hrs on 16th March 2016. Completed tenders must be returned by 12:00 (noon) and both a hard copy and electronic copy, must be submitted.
