Work description
The Council is looking to engage expertise to provide advice on the review of its Strategic Investment (capital delivery) and Asset Management intent, objectives and resulting resourcing requirements.. The nature of the proposed engagement is a one-off, with call-off of consultancy days as deemed necessary. The scope of works required will be specified at the time of call-off
