Aspire Housing (referred to as "Aspire") is looking to appoint a developer for the development of St Lukes site for a contract commencing onsite April 2026 until project completion estimated 18 months Conducted via Aspire DPS ID340 Development Contractors Lot 2 - Above £5m Aspire Housing invited tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors in relation to entering into (the Contract) to provide the development of St Lukes site (the Project).
