The University aims to provide an exemplary service for its staff via a supplier of high quality occupational health and wellbeing services. Professional competence, clear and effective communication, timely notification of actions due and responsiveness are especially important to the University in its engagement with suppliers of Occupational Health services.

The specification below describes the 4 different types of service we will receive.... Lot 1 1. Occupational Health assessments - either face-to-face or via telephone consultations 2. Health surveillance 3. Pre-employment screening Lot 2 4. Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)

Medigold will supply services 1 to 3 above (Lot 1 of this tender) and/or Health Assured will supply service 4 above (Lot 2 of this tender).
