Liverpool City Region Transport Monitoring and Modelling Requirements - Call Off Lot 7

To procure a four-year contract from 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2025 (with the possibility of a one-year extension until 31 March 2026) to provide monitoring data and transport modelling provision as outlined below. The contract will comprise of two elements; 1) Monitoring and statistical analysis relating to the above activities, which includes: • Cycle counts • Cordon Counts • Ad hoc analysis and reporting 2) Updating, rebasing and maintaining the Liverpool City Region Transport Model (LCRTM), including the development of a road map for the future of LCRTM. Subject to outcomes and recommendations in the road map the consultant may be instructed to undertake none or some of the elements included within it during the contract period.
