PP15108 - Visual Webcasting for Council Meetings

Description

The solution will allow interested parties, including local residents, to view Council meetings live over the internet as they happen. The solution will allow interested parties to view recorded meetings over the internet at a later date up to 12 months after the meeting took place. Meetings will be available online for a period of 12 months from the date of the recording. This content will be hosted externally by the supplier or its agents but be accessible by interested parties via the Council's web site. Interested parties will be able to view live or recorded meetings using a variety of industry standard media players and industry standard hardware (including PCs, Apple Mac devices, tablet computers and mobile
