Recruitment advertising services

Description

UKAEA require the services of a media agency to support the recruitment advertising demands. The media agency should be able to offer a broad selection of job boards for hiring managers to select from with good value packages that save UKAEA money (against working directly with individual job boards). The job boards would need to cover all disciplines including engineering, scientific, technical and professional support from entry through to experienced hires and management roles. As well as providing recommendations and packages the agency also need to post the roles on behalf of UKAEA and manage all relationships and correspondence with the job boards. UKAEA estimate that there will be approximately 150 - 200 different job postings within a 12 month period, on occasions multiple postings in the same day.
