DMNV 013 - Development Management Consultancy Services in connection with the First Phase of the Smithfield Riverside Redevelopment

The contract is for the delivery of Development Management consultancy services in connection with the first phase of the Smithfield Riverside redevelopment, a key regeneration initiative within the Shrewsbury Big Town Plan. The Development Manager will be required to review the masterplan and business case and take on direct responsibility for managing the delivery of two separate and significant new build developments that constitute the first phase of the redevelopment.
