UKAEA Culham PIT Building

This Invitation to Tender is for construction of four new tenanted workshop/office units with associated control centre and external works for the driverless car research arm of the authority. The site is located at the Culham Science Centre. Works include: • Demolition of pre-existing structure on site. • Construction of four modular workshop/office units and associated control centre. • Associated external works; general site clearance, making good existing hardstanding, provision of protective bollards, external lighting etc...... including all necessary associated works as identified in the Employer's Requirements
