Housing Related Support - Outreach is intended to support individuals and families living in Worcestershire with difficulties which may have resulted in or may result in homelessness, and to provide support to gain the necessary skills to maintain their own tenancy.

WCF does not envisage any service provider to work in isolation with the young people. WCF commit to working with the service provider(s) to meet their wider needs through accessing community resources and utilising WCF's wider partnerships and resources to improve outcomes for young people and will always aspire to work with.

The primary function of the service provider(s) is to equip young people with the relevant skills necessary to sustain a current tenancy, access a tenancy in the future and become independently competent in this area as far as practicable.
