NSIGN001-02A - CSF Lot 2 - Work Package 1 - Financial Modelling (Apr 24 - Dec 28)

Lot 2 - Deep SQEP of the NSIGN Client Support Framework is being established to provide deep expert advice in relation to specific specialist tasking that will test and optimise the NSIGN support solution options in their respective fields of expertise.

Lot 2 Work Package 1: Financial Modelling will provide independent external expertise to develop cost estimates and cost models to enable the costs and cost benefits of the NSIGN shortlisted options to be tested and understood. This will include estimating costs of utilising commercial shipping support and enable infrastructure on a global scale; estimating the opportunities and risks of the NSIGN options; the development of cost models to support the baselining cost of the as-is support solution; understanding of the impact of KPI incentivisation and options analysis as part of the NSIGN approvals.
