GB-High Wycombe: 26-28 White Hart Street

Description

Refurbishment of the premises at 26 -28 White Hart Street, High Wycombe to create a ground floor café and 1st floor office space. The works will include, but are not limited to, new electrical and mechanical services, new cladding and external decorations, fitting of internal security shutters to the ground floor facade, re-roofing to include the replacement of existing roof lights, minor structural repairs, drainage repairs, drylining and partitions, internal finishes and landlord fit-out. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
