Health Language SW Licence Renewal Contract

Renewal of Health Language Lexscape licences. Lexscape is a data normalisation & terminology tool as is critical for the Terminology and Classifications Delivery Service. This has been in use for a number of years now and the current contract (CON_2564) expired on 08/01/22. In order to proceed we will need to run a tender exercise using the CCS TPAS framework. The business would like to proceed with a 3 year contract for the licences, as well as some services to consolidate NHSD's LExScape and custom applications onto a single on-premise, virtual server ("VM") that leverages the current HL standard technologies and specifications and comes with HL support and maintenance.
