Thirteen Group - Netherfield Communal Refurbishment

Thirteen Group seeks to appoint a Contractor to undertake the refurbishment of communal areas and building fabric works in 22 Blocks on Netherfields Estate, Middlesbrough. Work will include (but not limited to) Internal Plastering; Internal Woodwork; Doors; Decoration; Flooring; Signage; Electrical works including rewire, smoke detectors, door entry system; Lighting; Remedial works; External works to fascia boards, soffits, rainwater goods etc.; other miscellaneous activities. The Contract is to be undertaken on a "Supply and Install" basis. NE Procurement Ltd is managing this procurement on behalf of Thirteen Group.
