Description

Thirteen Group is undertaking the refurbishment of a range of properties across ten estates. As part of the works, Thirteen Group seeks to appoint a Contractor to carry out flooring work to Kitchens and Bathrooms in up to 520 properties. The Contract is to be undertaken on a "Supply and Install" basis. NE Procurement Ltd ("NEP") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
