Op Creative Portal

​​The IWL portal allows copyright holders and their representatives to submit domains via the portal along with evidential material to support their claim. Police officers will be the portal Administrators and will have the responsibility to review and accept or reject domain submissions. Investigators will submit cases and have access to limited data. The users will simply be able to view some portal data without being able to change it and be able to download the IWL domains only. Ideally there would be two levels of Admin with a super user and secondary admin user.

The initial duration of the contract is 3 years, subject to the right of the City (at its sole discretion) to exercise its right to extend the term of the contract for up to 4 years, in 2 year increments, in line with the published Terms and Conditions. Therefore, the total potential duration of the contract, including extensions, is 7 years.
