2324-0259 St Jude's Garden and Park Project - Direct Invitation to Quote (DITQ)

External hard and soft landscaping works in forming the park improvements including:- • Demolitions and site clearance • Excavations of existing grass mound, excavations within Network Rail site to remove sub-base materials for new soft landscaping. New paths, surfacing and edgings. • New fencing to playground and community garden. • Supply and installation of play equipment including contractor designed bespoke play equipment. • Site furniture including benches, timber raised planter and lockable store. • New water service and standpipe. • New soft landscaping and planting including 12 months maintenance.
