International GP Recruitment for Mid and South Essex STP

Description

The provider will successfully recruit 25 GP's from overseas to member practices across the Mid and South Essex STP footprint. The aim would be to recruit 25 GP's in 12 months by recruiting 13 GP's in the first six months and the remaining 12 in the last six months The provider will be responsible for establishing European Countries with: A comprehensive evidence based General Practice Vocational Training (GPVT) curriculum Reputable Medical schools, preferably with an English language taught curriculum A primary care system as similar to that in the UK as possible.
