DEVELOPMENT AND DELIVERY OF NORTH EAST ADCS "STEPPING INTO SYSTEM LEADERSHIP" PROGRAMME

To procure a bespoke system leadership training programme for staff, to expand our existing regional Aspiring Leadership and Progression offer. The aim is to support the development of leaders capable of navigating complex systems and driving strategic, cross-agency change.

Additional information: The proposed contract is to be let with an option to extend for a further 2 periods of 12 months each from the actual end date subject to Commissioner and budget approval.
