Tender for Advocacy Services (Adults and Children's/Young People)

Description

The Local Authority seeks to consolidate Statutory Advocacy Provision as set out in the Mental Capacity Act (2005) and the Care Act (2014), with additional advocacy services for adults outside of these statutory requirements. The Local Authority also seeks to procure advocacy services for eligible Children and Young People. These will be offered as two separate Lots. Additional information: Any interested parties must register on our E-procurement portal as above and compelte their bid for the opportunity through the system. all questions must also be asked via the tender system and not be directed to members of staff within the corporate procurement team. Please note that the contract will be for two years initially but there will be the option to extend by up to a further two years in 12 month increments.
